Description:
UNIMIX Aircon Coil Cleaner is a highly alkaline air conditioning coil cleaner used to remove dirt, dust, and other debris from air conditioning coils. It is a biodegradable and eco-friendly heavy-duty cleaner designed for industrial use. UNIMIX Aircon coil cleaner is a concentrated foaming formula effective in removing stubborn grease, dust, dirt, grime, and oxidation.

Usage Instructions:
Preparation:
Test the degreaser on a small, hidden area first to ensure it does not discolour or damage the surface.
Dilution:
Dilute the UNIMIX Aircon coil cleaner and degreaser with water according to the recommended dilution ratio. For light cleaning start with a 1:5 ratio of degreaser to water. For heavy-duty cleaning, a 1:1 ratio may be necessary.
Application:
Spray the diluted solution onto the surface using a Pressure Sprayer. Make sure the solution covers the entire area.
Dwell Time:
Allow the solution to sit on the surface for 1 to 2 minutes to break down the grease. A noticeable foam will form on the coil, indicating that the solution is working. IMPORTANT: Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface, as this can cause damage to the coil.
Rinsing:
Rinse the surface thoroughly with water pressure to ensure all the degreaser is removed.
Drying:
Dry the work area to prevent slipping hazards and prepare surfaces as needed for any further work.
Safety Precautions:
Always use gloves and eye protection when handling the degreaser. Ensure the work area is well-ventilated. Do not mix the degreaser with other cleaning products.
